The meeting was opened
by Don Carroll leading the Pledge of Allegiance.

1. Approve Meeting Minutes of May 12, 2010
Upon
motion by Lois Hawes, seconded by Brenda Clark, it was unanimously voted to
approve the May 12, 2010 Meeting Minutes.
C. QUIT CLAIM

WARRANT

Payroll Warrant – Approve warrant # 60
Upon motion by Terry White, seconded by Lois
Hawes, it was unanimously voted to approve Warrant #60.

Expenditures – Approve warrant # 61
Upon motion by Terry White, seconded by
Brenda Clark, it was unanimously voted to approve Warrant #61.

the Annual Warrant for the School.
F. BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Don Carroll reported that the Assessing is
completed, and that Danielle will have some numbers to work with soon.
II. OLD BUSINESS

Copier
proposals
Upon motion by Terry
White, seconded by Brenda Clark, it was unanimously voted to go with
Transco. The old copier will be given to
the Library.
III. NEW BUSINESS
1. Town owned property on the Bus Road
Tabled
until the first meeting in July.
2. Appoint Amy Butler as new Librarian
Delores Butler reported
that Amy Butler has the support of Mary Annett and the Library Board.
Consensus of the Board
was to confirm Amy Butler as the new Librarian.
(Also noted to get a copy of Kay Marcoux’s
resignation.)
IV. COMMITTEE REPORTS
A. ANIMAL CONTROL Nothing.
B. APPEALS BOARD Nothing.
C.
CEMETERY Don Carroll reported that the barrels have
been removed from Coboro Cemetery and that the cost was only a pizza and a
couple of sodas.

CODE
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER Nothing.
E. E911 Nothing.
F. EDUCATION
Don Carroll will be checking people in at the
school’s referendum meeting.
G. EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS COMMITTEE Nothing.
H.
EMT/RESCUE Don Carroll reported that he Nancy Davis
has agreed to become part of the Stetson EMS team. Nancy has taken the EMS test before, and will
have to recertify. Nancy will also help
our 2 young recruits to pass the test the next time they take it. Nancy is also in town all day and will be a
benefit to the EMS program. The next EMS
course is in August.

Carroll reported that he expected action on the Memorial Stone being engraved
and possibly the benches installed but that hasn’t happened as of yet.

that Mr. Foss donated the new Flower pots that are presently beside the stone.
