Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:18:0.5 PM.

The Secretary and Treasurer’s reports were not available.

Old Business:

1. 2005 Calendars: President Leighton turned in $252.75 in calendar sales money. He is still working on more door-to-door sales, as are Connie Merrill and Brenda Clark. Connie has had 100 sets of tabulation sheets printed for future use, at a cost of $32.00.

2. Membership: President Leighton turned in $10 in membership fees.

3. Fund Raisers/Mugs: It was decided to have 144 mugs made up for sale as fundraisers.

4. Gateway Signs: President Leighton has purchased finials for the gateway signs at a cost of $92.23.

5. Town Office wall clock: The Town has offered the SHS the clock hanging on the office wall. It is in need of repair, and it was voted to spend the $125 needed to have it repaired.

6. A discussion was held regarding placing a float in the Stetson Days parade in October.

The next meeting will be held on September 2nd at 6:30pm at the Stetson Library.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:46 pm.
