Old Business:
1. Fund Raisers/Mugs: Viking agreed to take the mugs back and refund the money paid. Janet received a refund of $367.20 for the mugs. Janet will find out why the entire amount was not refunded. Janet will also look into having a local company do the mugs.
2. Town Website: The SHS meeting minutes have been sent to Jeff Perry for placement on the Town website. Lester had formatting problems while placing the historical pictures selected by Charlie on the website. Dale will try scanning them and placing them that way.
3. Calendars: There are 12 or 13 remaining.
4. DOT Grant Funds: No word yet from the DOT for the grant money for the trees and gateway signs placed in Stetson.
5. Meeting House Use: Connie Merrill and Charlie Leighton looked at the Meeting House to see if it might possibly be used in any capacity by the SHS. The Trustees are against the SHS using the building in any capacity. It would be impossible to get anything heavy or large up into the balcony due to the limitations of the spiral staircase. The Board voted down the offer of the use of the building.
6. Future Site for SHS: A discussion was held on possible buildings for the SHS.
New Business:
1. Newsletter: Lester suggested that the SHS put out a quarterly newsletter.
The next SHS meeting will be on March 3, 2005 at the library.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 pm.
